“In a time of emotional and physical exhaustion, God sent a ray of sunshine in the form of caregivers from Good Shepherd Senior Care. The staff was sincere and dedicated, making our loved one’s final days comfortable and peaceful. The owners, Lory and Chip, visited us often in Bella Vista to offer their friendship and help, going far beyond other organizations. “Bless You” is not enough to say to them and their staff. My family and I highly recommend the Good Shepherd Senior Care team!”
“I am more than happy, even honored to write about my experience with Good Shepherd! In Sept. of 2013 our family had reached the point where we knew we needed help with our mom, it was an emotional and scary time for me and my siblings! There are four of us and we had been her sole caregivers. We knew we would be handing that over to strangers. I prayed for God to put the right path in front of us.
We had heard great things about Chip and Lory Brown through our church. We arranged to meet with them. They were warm and caring, giving us tons of valuable information about other avenues of help with finances and topics that they knew we would be facing.
The caregivers and nurse that they put in our lives were such a blessing! Always reliable and would rise to the occasion, even embrace the highs and lows of my mother’s health with tenderness and love. They were and still are like family to us.
As my mother’s health took a drastic turn downward, once again Lory and Chip stepped in to help me feel secure in my decisions. I valued their opinion of experiences so much and always felt like a warm heart embracing me during a very difficult time of loss.
Good Shepherd’s leadership is faith-based and it shows in every aspect of their business. I know God will continue to bless their business as they bless so many families."

“Your caregiver did an excellent job of taking care of my Uncle, even though we got to use her for a few days. I want her to know that she is truly an asset the nursing profession.”
“We wanted to express our deepest thanks to you and your staff for providing such considerate and conscientious care of our dad over the past few months.”

“We have two of the Good Shepherd caregivers who care for my father-in-law, and they are excellent. They work the night shift with great skill. They relate to my father-in-law very well, and they are extremely professional. They have been one of the best hires I have ever had. I find them to be responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend Good Shepherd.”
“My family and I are so blessed to have the caring staff at Good Shepherd in our lives. The employees are well trained and take excellent care of my elderly relatives. I am sure the positive attitudes and the intense one-on-one care have helped, but the follow up by reinforcing the rehab therapies suggested by home health care has made all the difference in my loved ones recuperating quickly. I would recommend Good Shepherd Senior Care to anyone who wants a caring and involved staff.”
“As Hospice professionals, we are always looking for caregiver agencies that will go the extra mile while caring for clients who choose to remain home in their final days. Good Shepherd Senior Care is one of our first choices for families because of their strong communication skills, experience, and their compassionately skilled caregivers.”
“When my mother’s health declined, I could not be there to help her. I had children, a job, and lived several miles away. I desperately needed a “surrogate” family member to care for her just the way I would. It’s reassuring to have Good Shepherd’s skilled and compassionate companions available for families like mine.I have known Good Shepherd’s owners, Chip and Lory Brown for several years, and can attest to their integrity and strong commitment to seeing that others are loved and well cared for.”

“You have a blessed business. Would always recommend you!”
“Good Shepherd Senior Care is excellent and outstanding. The caregiver they sent was really helpful. Her name is Sherry, and we love the work she did. I can’t use words to explain how good she was. She was unusually resourceful, and she helped us while we ‘summered’ in Fayetteville for 3-4 months. She’s enthusiastic, dynamic, extremely capable, and intelligent”
Dear Caregivers and Staff: Thank you all so very, very much for lovingly caring for mom in her final months. Katie, Terrie, Sarah and all the gals were not just well-trained and caring, but genuinely a joy to have in our home. Your love and compassion shine through in all you do. Jami and all the staff always worked so hard to make our lives run as smoothly as possible during a trying time. Bless you all!
